RE: ICE ROAD STATUS UPDATE – CLOSED FOR THE SEASON
Temagami First Nation Infrastructure Department wishes to advise the community of Bear Island that the Ice Road will officially Close for vehicle traffic on Thursday, March 25th, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. Individuals choosing to continue to travel the ice road by passenger vehicle after March 25th, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. are doing so AT THEIR OWN RISK.
Residents should make every effort to move their vehicles to mainland.
We wish to take this opportunity to thank the Infrastructure Crew for the terrific job on getting the road opened and the hours they each logged maintaining it all winter long.
