First Nations Opposition to the Passing of Bill C-53

Teme-Augama Anishnabai and Temagami First Nation represented at the Chiefs of Ontario Rally to Kill the Bill C-53 on September 20, 2023. Chief Shelly Moore-Frappier shared a captivating speech that outlined our grounds for opposition to this bill that, if passed will irreparably damage First Nation inherent and treaty rights.
