Child & Youth Skills Enhancement Policy
The purpose of the Child & Youth Skills Enhancement Policy is to set out guidelines for the administration of the Child & Youth Skills Enhancement program funds. The goal of this program is to provide TFN children and youth with the opportunity to participate in recreational activities that enhance their skills or develop new skills by taking advantage of instruction or training offered by a recognized and/or certified instructors.

The purpose of the Health Policy is to set out guidelines for the administration of the Health Policy. The goal of this program is to provide health coverage for TFN members, when the service is not covered by FNIHB or any other health insurance benefits.

The purpose of the Health Policy is to set out guidelines for the administration of the Health Policy. The goal of this program is to provide health coverage for TFN members on a fixed or limited income, when the service is not covered by FNIHB or any other health insurance benefits.

Aftercare
The purpose of the Aftercare Policy is to set out guidelines for the administration of the Aftercare program.
Funeral
The purpose of this policy is to set guidelines for the administration of the funeral program. This policy assist family member(s) of TFN members with expenses related to their funeral.

Emergency Needs
The purpose of this policy is to set out guidelines for the administration of the emergency needs program and to provide an opportunity for a TFN member to be supported in the event of an unforeseen emergency.
Emergency needs are defined as isolated catastrophic events that have an immediate impact on a member’s residency. For example, fire, flood and acts of nature.

Terminal Illness
The purpose of this policy is to set out guidelines for the administration of the terminal illness program. This program is to assist TFN member(s) who are hospitalized or have a family member that is hospitalized due to illnesses that are chronic, terminal or waiting transplant procedures. This policy can only be accessed by one family member at a time.

Secondary School Supplement
The purpose of this policy is to set out guidelines for the administration of the secondary school supplement program. This program focuses on assisting full time secondary students with clothing or supplies for their education.

Education Incentive

Enrichment Committee
The TFN Enrichment Committee meets Quarterly to ensure the program is meeting the needs of the membership. The Committee follows a Terms of Reference.
